All orders are based on size and volume typically have a shipping rate between $7 and $25. Members get free shipping for their orders.

You may return items via mail for a full refund to the original form of payment, excluding shipping charges, postmarked within 30 days of the date of purchase.

The merchandise must be unworn and have original tickets and/or tags attached.

The products like  hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear may be returned when unworn and in the original packaging, and with original tickets and/or tags attached.

Merchandise tagged as “Special Occasion,” “As-Is,” or “Clearance” are final sale and may not be returned.

We cannot process exchanges. A new order must be placed on our website.

 It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping of returned unwanted items. Members will get 3 days for free return. 

Yes, members will get 3 days free return from date of delivery (based on tracking information). You should be a member at the time of purchase. 

Please allow 7 business days for returns (after we receive the item) to be processed upon receipt in our Returns Center. We will refund to the original form of payment and any bank refund transactions may take an additional 2-3 business days to appear on your credit card or bank account.
